Section 79
Determination of reasonable time in case of notice of dishonor
If the holder and the party receiving the notice of dishonor do business or live in different places, the day after the dishonor occurs, if the notice of dishonor is sent to those persons by registered post or by other means, such notice shall be deemed to have been sent within a reasonable time. If both parties do business or live in the same place, if the notice of the dishonor is sent to the place on the day after the dishonor occurs, it will be considered as having been sent within a reasonable time.
